How much is school tuition?
• A one-time $15.00 non-refundable application fee will be due at the time an application for enrollment is submitted for each new student.
• PCF Empowerment Institute has kept it affordable! Each class has a cost of
$90.00 (non refundable). The registration materials will list the cost for each class.
• The cost of books and materials will vary each quarter. For budgeting purposes, the cost will be approximately $20-$30 per class.

Is the school accredited?
Not yet. Accreditation is a process and is a future goal. PCF Empowerment Institute is a newly planted school with the help of Spiritual Life Bible College (SLBC), which is authorized to be a religious degree or diploma granting institution by the State of Minnesota (Office of Higher Education Services). PCF Empowerment Institute uses some curriculum provided by SLBC and instructors trained by them. The instructors are graduates of Millikin University (Decatur), Crown College (St. Bonifacius), Macalester College (St. Paul), University of Illinois (Urbana-Champaign). They have advanced degrees from Luther Seminary (St. Paul), Bethel Seminary (St. Paul), and the Minnesota Graduate School of Theology (Brooklyn Center). We offer an excellent education!
PCF Empowerment Institute operates under the umbrella of Proverbs Christian Fellowship which acts as a fiscal agent, allowing the school to use their tax-exempt status.
Can I visit the school?
Not now during the pandemic as we are currently only having our classes online. However, in the near future PCF Empowerment Institute would be glad to have you. The school is located at 3210 Oliver Ave North, Mpls MN 55412 (cross street is Lowry Avenue one block east of Penn Ave). The school is accessible by bus. Guests are allowed to sit in on classes with notification ahead of time. Class times are Tuesdays evening from 6:00 PM and 8:00 PM and Saturdays 10:00 am to noon. Classes are currently only offered online.
